Starters

  1. Smoked Salmon Terrine

Home cured and smoked Norwegian salmon layered with herbed cream cheese and served with rainbow salsa, red onions and cocktail Romanita tomatoes.

  1. Crumbed Mushrooms

Crumbed mushrooms served with a garlic sauce or a cheese sauce

Mains

  1. Fillet Wellington

Portions of fillet layered with mushrooms and herbs, folded in a puff pastry casing and roasted to perfection.  Served with butternut mash and red wine reduction

  1. Chicken Kiev

Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, crumbed and cooked to perfection.  Served with garlic and herb mash and a mushroom sauce.

  1. Venison Moussaka

Layered ground venison with béchamel sauce, thyme and pecorino cheese.  Served with mango chutney and Greek rice.

Vegetarian Moussaka with brinjals, lentils and couscous or pasta aglio olio available to vegan and vegetarian guests.
