Chef’s choice amuse bouche
1. Smoked Salmon Terrine
Home cured and smoked Norwegian salmon layered with herbed cream cheese and served with rainbow salsa, red onions and cocktail Romanita tomatoes.
2. Springbok Carpaccio
Served with blackberry coulis, caramelized Granny Smith apple slices, deep fried Italian parsley and a cream cheese quenelle.
3. Bacon Wrapped Peppadew Poppers
Peppadews stuffed with feta cheese and capers, wrapped in homemade bacon and served with buffalo sauce.
4. Camembert and Haloumi Cheese Duo
A camembert wedge and a haloumi finger crusted with crumbs and herbs, deepfried to perfection and served with cranberry coulis and pickled baby onions.
1. Chicken Roulade
Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta cheese served with garlic and herb mash, cream of asparagus sauce and glazed baby carrots.
2. Fillet Medallion Tower
Fillet steak served on a crispy onion sliver nest with haloumi cheese, mushroom ragu and flavoured basmati rice.
3. Braised Lamb Shank Ragu
Braised for hours and bone removed. Served with sautéed mushrooms, baby vegetables and asparagus & mushroom risotto croquettes.
4. Venison Moussaka
Layered ground venison with béchamel sauce, thyme and pecorino cheese. Served with mango chutney and Greek rice.
5. Vegetarian Moussaka with brinjals, lentils and couscous or pasta aglio olio available to vegan and vegetarian guests.
