Service Fee & other Costs:

A Standard 15% Service fee is charged on all Food and Beverages and includes the following:
Co-ordination by a Casa Toscana Function Co-Ordinator. Full waiter service (1 waiter per 16 guests).
Full bar service. Casa Toscana Event Manager. Assistance from wine steward with wine selection (on request).
Assistance from executive chef at pre-tasting (for set menu options only).
Pre-table setup (flowers not included - monday to thursday only). Setup and clean-up of the venue.
Security Fee R600.00 • Breakage Deposit R1000.00.
